Grace Esposito, 96, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2016. She was born in Brooklyn, New York on March 13, 1920. She had been a resident of Seton Manor for the past 18 years.

Grace was preceded in rest by her husband, parents, three sisters, two brothers and a nephew. She is survived by her beloved niece, Frances Mannoia (Michael) and a grand-niece, Joanne Russo.

She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Hampton.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday, October 14, 2016 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of Grace's life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 15, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with interment to follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.

Family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Sentara Careplex and Coliseum Park Nursing Home for their wonderful care.

Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Food Pantry, 2150 Cunningham Dr., Hampton, Virginia 23666.
